Maggie founded MM out of a passion to create equitable space for creators of color. With a background in PR and Strategy, and as a natural negotiator, she came alongside creators from all walks of life to build their careers in the digital space. Years later and she is a known player, fighting for the everyday life changing moments in our influencers lives. Maggie lives in San Diego with her husband and two little ones. Spot her in her favorite cafe enjoying a good smoothie bowl and chatting strategy any day of the week.

Liz comes to MM after 15 years in the TV streaming industry, working for companies like Sesame Street, BBC and Univision. She leads with her heart and fights for the very best for our creators. Born and raised in NYC, she now lives in sunny Miami with her husband and two toddlers. On any day, catch her outside picking mangos off her trees or having tea parties with her little girls!

Adriana comes to MM with 5 years of experience working in Public Relations, Events and Influencer Marketing having worked with clients like BEHR Paint, Cirque Du Soleil, Sally Beauty, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, True Food Kitchen and more. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she now resides in Arlington, Virginia with her husband. She loves traveling, spending time with friends and family and winding down at the end of the day with a good reality TV show.

Desiree comes to MM after 10 years in the non-profit world where she focused on volunteer support and engagement, and data management and analysis across the whole organization. She strives to operate with excellence in all she does and her work ethic is reflective of that drive. While she’s originally from San Diego, she lives in Menifee, CA with her husband and two young boys. Desiree finds joy in being a part of her community, enjoys good eats and good coffee, likes all things Disney, and most of all, loves doing life with her beautiful little family.
